The order and purchase process is only possible after the creation of a customer account and/or the login of the customer in the online shop, and the customer must follow the various sequential steps of the order process that will allow the registration of the purchase.

After completion of the order process in the customer's personal account, the purchase will be registered and the customer will have a period, indicated in the selected payment method, to make the payment. After this deadline, if there is no confirmation of payment the order will be cancelled.

How do I place an order with STUDIO 6?

Place an order is very simple and fast:

- If you have already registered, login into your account. If you still haven't registered, register, filling your personal information;
- Choose the product(s);
- Choose the shipping and payment method and checkout.

How do you ensure the privacy and security of my personal data?

All information collected is treated in compliance with the (EU) Regulation 2016/679 of April 27th of 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation). We guarantee the safety and confidentiality of your information.

Can I make changes to my order after the files have been sent?

Due to the high degree of customization of our products, orders cannot be canceled after the files have been sent. However, if there is a mistake you should contact STUDIO 6 as soon as possible through the email hello@studio6.pt

How long does STUDIO 6 keep my images?

Due to storage reasons and data protection, files that are sent to print are automatically eliminated from our servers 7 days after the conclusion of the requested work.

Does STUDIO 6 review, correct or edit my content before it is produced?

Your product/design is absolutely yours: STUDIO 6 doesn’t send proofs, edits or changes the content of your files. This way, there are limitations to the warranty of the products that include:

- Typographical errors, grammatical errors, unfinished text or other text with errors;

- Low resolution of images that may be reflected in the printing of the images;

- Design specifications, including product size, organisation, style, colour and layout;

- Any other creative choices you may have made relating to your product.

This means that it is your responsibility to review the product layout before submission. You should do this by previewing before printing and we strongly recommend that you ask a friend to view it before sending. In the editor, use the "Collaborative" function to give other people access to your project.

Do you do colour/contrast/density correction of the uploaded images?

No. STUDIO 6 does not make any type of correction to the files, as it believes your work is your own work and as such is not empowered to alter what you have developed. 

Can I use .HEIC files directly in the paging software?

Currently our editor only imports images in .JPG and .PNG format. For users with images in the .HEIC format we recommend converting the files into the .JPG format. This can be done online through a number of sites that offer this service free of charge, notably iMazing which has a version for installation on your personal computer.

Payment Methods

Payment of orders is made exclusively online by Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa and American Express) ATM or MBWAY.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Are transactions on our website secure?

STUDIO 6 uses a sophisticated fraud detection and prevention mechanism. Through this solution, it is possible to verify the authenticity of payments made online, while safeguarding the integrity and security of customer data and identification. This security is made possible by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, which encrypts communications between the customer's software and our server so that they cannot be intercepted. STUDIO 6 therefore reserves the right to refuse to pay for an order if the transaction is considered illegal. Any and all activities considered illegal will be immediately reported to the appropriate authorities.

3D Secure

3D Secure is a communication protocol developed to improve the security of online payments and to enable the authentication of the credit card user with the issuing bank. After making a payment at an online shop, a process is triggered to check if the card used is valid. If the card is considered valid, the security systems associated with the 3D Secure protocol verify the customer's identity, using, in real time, the credit card issuer, which, in turn, validates the customer's identity and reports the confirmation that the card used is legitimate. The purpose of such control is to protect cardholders by reducing the likelihood of fraudulent use of their cards, ensuring a more efficient transaction. This protocol is used by Visa, as "Verified By Visa", and by Mastercard, as "Secure Code".


How much will I pay for shipping?

The shipping costs are always €16, on all products and regardless of the number of items ordered. For orders, within Europe, with a value equal to or above 150€ the shipping is free except for Spanish or French islands. The shipping model included - free - is always truck.

Note: delivery times, counted from the date of actual shipment of the order, are indicative and are only considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (e.g. incorrect addresses or force majeure events such as strikes, loss of connection, bad weather, etc.).

When will I receive my order?

The dispatch of your order depends on the availability of the item(s) ordered.

To know how long it will take to receive your order, please take into consideration:

» the highest availability of the item(s) you are ordering and that appears in the product description;

» the delivery time defined for the type of delivery chosen;

» the possibility of delays caused by strikes, riots and other factors beyond the control of the transport companies.

Exchanges and Returns

What if the product I bought does not meet my expectations?

If, after receiving your order, you verify that the product purchased does not meet your needs, you can still return the order within a maximum of 14 days, assuming the value of the respective shipping costs.

So that we can guarantee a resolution, never return the order without talking to us first. This way we can monitor the situation to ensure that the return is made quickly.

The products returned without anomaly, must necessarily be in saleable condition, i.e., in the same condition in which they reached you.

Refunds will be made for the total value of the order (products plus shipping costs), unless the reason for the return is not the responsibility of our service, in these cases, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

What if my order does not arrive in good condition?

You don't have to worry.

» Upon delivery, check the condition of the package - if it shows serious external damage, you may refuse the order (in this case, without opening it);

» Otherwise, we suggest opening the package, still in the presence of the courier, to confirm the integrity of the item(s) - if it (they) present any damage resulting from transport, you should mention this situation on the proof of delivery that will be presented at the time.

When I make an exchange or return, how do I receive the amount I paid?

The refund is for the amount you paid for the returned products, excluding postage.

The form of reimbursement varies depending on the means of payment you have used.

My order was returned, how can I receive it again?

Contact us, indicating your order number and the address to which you wish to have it returned.

How can I pass my complaint?

Within the production chain there are several quality control stages. However, due to the handmade nature of the business there may be slight variations in the colour of the materials and manufacture of the product, which are considered to be the individual personality of each one. However, should there be any incidence you should photograph the products in question as well as the packaging where you received them, within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving them, and send the images through our online chat so that we can rectify the problem in the shortest possible time.
